EUROVEA GALLERIA is part of the a state-of-the-art multi-functional city quarter EUROVEA which is located on the prime riverside location adjacent to Bratislava's historical centre. Combining the sophisticated office, residential, leisure and retail components, EUROVEA is creating a brand new dynamic destination for people living, working and shopping throughout the region. Integral parts of EUROVEA are a two-hectare riverfront park with a promenade and a new public square. EUROVEA was designed in a way to become the new commercial heart of the city and acts as a social focal point in the centre of Bratislava. The Eurovea Phase 1 includes sophisticated retail mall Eurovea Galleria, over 24,500 sqm of office space, 235 luxury riverside apartments, 5-star Sheraton Bratislava Hotel and a riverfront park, promenade and new public square.The project has been developed by our client Ballymore Group - an international design-led property development and investment company, developing prime locations in key cities. An eye for detail, unflinching quality in all aspects of work, and a passion for building, is what Ballymore is renowned for. There are over 40 projects in development or at some stage in the planning process. The majority are in London, Dublin, Prague, Bratislava and Berlin.Bratislava team of our firm led by our local partner Dagmar Yoder has been cooperating on the project from its very early stage, starting from 2004. After more than five and half year of our work and very hectic couple last months the EUROVEA GALLERIA with almost 170 retail units, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, cinema complex and fitness centre successfully opened on March 26, 2010. Our firm provided (and is still providing) the legal services in relation to the whole process of preleasing and leasing of the EUROVEA GALLERIA (including the preparation and negotiation of all future lease agreements and lease agreements) and also the legal services related to the operational matters of the Centre.
