Our law firm plays an important role in a dynamically developing field of intellectual property rights. We provide counselling in the field of industrial rights, including representation in registration and other associated proceedings before the Industrial Property Office, management of trademark, design and patent portfolios and establishment of structures for registration and use thereof at an international scale. We also focus on counselling in the fields of copyright, licenses, information technologies or domain names, including proceedings under EURid.
