Daniela Cizkova graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague. She acquired Diploma of European studies at Université des Sciences Sociales in Toulouse, France. She is registered in the register of attorneys of the Czech Bar Association and as the attorney at law is cooperating with the Prague based office. She speaks fluent English, French and Spanish. Within the framework of provision of legal services she focuses to commercial and civil contractual law, intellectual property law, mainly registration of industrial property rights in the Czech Republic and abroad, domain names disputes, author rights and rights related to author rights, especially license agreements and rights of performer to his artistic performance, and labor law.

Mgr. Jan Danihelka

Jan Danihelka graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague and Faculty of Economics and Public Administration of University Pardubice. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office. He speaks fluent English. Within the framework of provision of legal services he has been engaged namely in real estate and corporate law, including acquisition transactions. His most significant transaction included major acquisition in the acquisition and development of shopping centers. His specialization includes also leases and subleases of non-residential premises.

Mgr. Karin Fialová
Attorney at Law
Karin Fialová graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. During her study she took part in a study stay at the Cardiff University of Wales, where she acquired her Diploma in Legal Studies. She is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office. She speaks English, Slovak and French. Formerly, she worked with an international law firm and also acted as a legal representative of a multinational retail chain for the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She provided complex legal counseling in all aspects of development and operation of large commercial facilities, providing at the same time also counseling in related commercial and corporate matters, including regulation of labor-law relations. Within the framework of her practice she also provided legal counseling during a long-term project of removal of old environmental burden, funded by the National Property Fund of the CR, managed a project of shutdown of a mining area and its recultivation for the purposes of commercial development and participated in performance of due diligence of a number of manufacturing companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Her main specialization is the branch of real estate law.

Petko Iliev
Attorney at Law
Petko Iliev graduated from the Law Faculty of the Sofia University. A fully-admitted Bulgarian qualified lawyer, he cooperates with the Sofia practice of the firm. His experience started at a large-scale independent Bulgarian law firm and was then diversified by an appreciable spell at the Tax and Legal Department of a Big 4 company. The languages in which he is fluent include English and Russian. Petko’s work has been largely focused on corporate, contracts and M&A matters, the latter with particular emphasis on due diligence, structuring advice and acquisition support. In compliment to his legal trade, he is knowledgeable in corporate tax, VAT and, generally, tax litigation. The clients he has handled vary broadly from Bulgarian and multinationals in fast-moving consumer goods, real estate and pharmaceuticals to boutique businesses in IT and media.

JUDr. Radka Konečná

Radka Konečná graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague, and the Faculty of Economics, University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She is a partner of Konečná & Šafář, Attorneys at Law, registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association, Slovak Bar Association and is a member of ARTN (The Association for Real Estate Market Development). She speaks English, German, Slovak and Russian. With her real estate team she represents a number of multinational corporations and foreign investment funds in their investments in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, particularly in the field of real estate and growth capital. Recently, she has dealt especially with development and subsequent sales or acquisitions of shopping centers with the value of approx. CZK billions (including forward sale thereof), preparation of investment structures in real estate, negotiating joint-venture agreements between significant players on the real estate market, development of logistic and residential complexes, including securing title insurance, project financing, construction projects also according to the FIDIC regulations and all aspects of leases and other steps associated with completion of the projects by sale. Her expertise includes, among others, also the issue of investments in various industrial sectors, including car-manufacturing and chemical industry.

JUDr. Ondřej Kuchař

Ondřej Kuchař graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. He is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and is an attorney at law cooperating with the Prague-based office. For several years he has been lecturing at a private university, where he also held the position of Law Department Secretary. Ondřej speaks fluent English. He mainly specializes in the civil litigation agenda, providing legal assistance in representing clients before courts or arbitrators and arbitration tribunals, and that also in connection with bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to that, he is also engaged in the law of obligations in the areas of trade and real estate and in family law.

Eva Nemsakova graduated from the Law Faculty of Matej Bel University, Banska Bystrica. She is registered as the Attorney at Law by the Slovak Bar Association and is the arbitrator of the Arbitration Court in Banska Bystrica. Eva cooperates with Bratislava-based office. She speaks English and German. Her practice includes various Civil Law issues, especially in the areas of Real Estate, Contract Law, Family Law and Labour Law. She specializes also in the Civil and arbitration proceedings. In addition, Eva provides with legal counselling in the area of Commercial Law, Corporate Law, liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings.

Florina Mariana Olteanu

Florina Mariana Olteanu graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and has a Masters in Business Law from the University of Bucharest. Pavel Šafář graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague, and received the Ing. degree from the University of Economics. He is a partner of Konečná & Šafář, Attorneys at Law, registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association and the Slovak Bar Association. He speaks English, Slovak and Russian. He has been extraordinarily active in international arbitration proceedings, and that both as a legal representative and arbitrator of arbitral disputes. As arbitrator he is registered with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic, with the ADR Center for alternate resolving of disputes concerning .eu domains, and also with the Arbitration and Conciliation Tribunal of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Vienna International Arbitral Centre, Dubai International Arbitration Centre.

She speaks fluent English, Italian and German. She has abundant experience with representing clients in significant legal disputes, she has substantially participated in preparation and implementation of a number of development projects, especially in connection with negotiation of contractual documents for project financing. In addition to the above stated, she is also responsible for provision of comprehensive legal counselling services to Italian speaking clients of the law firm. Simona Vaihel graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest and acquired an LLM degree in International Business Law from the Central European University, Budapest and TMC Asser Instituut, the Hague. Simona has particular expertise in corporate, M&A and real estate sectors as well as in international finance transactions. Simona is cooperating with the Bucharest office of Konecna & Safar. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Union of Lawyers. She speaks English and French. During the first years of her career Simona has worked intensively on financing transactions by assisting various Global banks in relation to syndicated loans and complex security packages. Subsequently Simona has gained vast experience in the corporate, M&A, real estate and private equity fields. She has assisted major investment funds in M&A transactions, such as the acquisition of the biggest office buildings in Bucharest, of leasing companies and of top players in various industry branches. She has also focused on the European Union law and its effects over the Romanian legal system and on data protection regulations.

Dagmar Yoder graduated from the Faculty of Law, Komenský University, Bratislava, and received her LL.M. degree at the University of London, Great Britain. She is a lawyer registered with the Slovak Bar Association and a partner of Konečná & Šafář, Attorneys at Law, in Bratislava. She speaks English and German. She gained her professional experience not only within the legal profession, but also at a managerial position of a renowned banking institution. She has essentially participated in preparation and realization of acquisitions for significant development projects and has abundant experience associated with structured financing, real estate development projects and commercial leases. She has actively cooperated in legal audits of corporations and assets portfolio within the framework of clients' acquisition plans. Her most significant projects include acquisition of land for a significant development company, acquisition of a company with a wide portfolio of land, including a complete legal audit, complete legal service provided to a client in connection with the implementation of a logistic park and negotiation of loan documents for project financing.

Mgr. Tomáš Zacha

Tomáš Zacha graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University, Prague. He is a partner of Konečná & Šafář, Attorneys at Law, Prague and is registered in the Register of Lawyers of the Czech Bar Association. He speaks English, Slovak and Russian. He focuses on the field of intellectual property, especially in establishment of structures and registration of intangible industrial rights in the Czech Republic and abroad. He also represents clients in disputes associated with intellectual property, including the issues of internet law and domain ownership. In the field of contractual relationships he specializes in large supplies of investment projects and his current projects include drawing up a comprehensive contractual package to implement one of the most important brownfield projects in the Czech Republic. He has also successfully represented clients in a number of judicial and arbitration proceedings associated with their business and acquisition activities. In the past, he participated also in restructuring of a prominent Czech industrial group. He established corporate structures of concern type with foreign overlaps for leading companies operating in the field of industry and construction and, among others, also participated in establishment of corporate management systems.
